STEP2: Pick the scent & size you want to refill

STEP3: Use label to remark the scent you want on each container, the container must durable for high temperature & make sure the edges aren’t sharp to touch & intact.

STEP4: We will contact you & inform the address after you complete the payment, please fill the valid whatsapp number when you complete the order.

STEP5: Deliver your container to our address( We will inform the address through whatsapp after you complete the payment within 2 days.) - Only avaible to use SF Express- payment method choose pay by receiver & we will responsibe for the shipping fee.

STEP6: We will finish the candle refill within 5days after we receive the container.

STEP7: After the candle finish, we will delievey the candle through SF Express 順豐快遞 according to your order information. *Shipping fee already included in your order, so there is no extra shipping fee charge when you get your candle.

*If you not sure that your container if suitable to be a candle jar / what size to choose from, welcome to e-mail / whatsapp the image to us. We will get back you soon.

*Refill size & QTY is unlimited, if your container is 900g, please add 300g x 3 to cart & remark/label the refill QTY to your container and deliver to our address.

*Refill size(gram) is unlimited, but the container height should be within 5cm - 15cm. *If higher than 15cm, please to contact us to let us know.

▸ Let the candle burn until the surface is melted: at least 1-2 hours each time (Avoid the candle tunneling)
▸ Do not leave candles burning unattended, this includes falling asleep or leaving the house
▸ Burn candles away from things that can catch fire (like bedding, curtains, decorations, and clothing)
▸ Burn candles out of reach of children and pets
▸ Follow the burning instructions on the caution sticker on your candle
▸ Trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before every burn
▸ Do not burn candles for longer than 4 hours at a time
▸ Burn candles in a well ventilated area and away from drafts
▸ If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor

When I send the container to your recycling address, do I have to pay for my shipping charges?

No, we will be responsible for the shipping cost when you deliver your container to us. So you send it on time, please fill in the payment method: Pay by receiver through SF express.

What delivery method should I use to ship my container to you?

We only accept SF express. We will inform the address through whatsapp after you complete the payment within 2days.

Also after finish the refill, I will deliver the candle through SF express according to your order infomation.

Is the shipping free?

When will I receive my item?
