Return Policy
This policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, please forgive us that we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and must be new and fully packaged.
All specials are non-refundable once sold.
To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and replacements are not available in the following cases:
Goods with obvious signs of use
Unpacked essential oil products, including bath salts, roll-on essential oils, and essential oil sprays
Any merchandise that is not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts not caused by our fault
Has been processed on the product, such as: graffiti, stickers, etc. are not the same as the product
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
If it is found that the returned goods do not meet the complete return and exchange conditions, we will send the returned clothing back to the delivery address provided by the customer before, and the customer shall bear the shipping cost.
Return Procedure

- Order number, item in question and reason for return
- A valid proof to identify the product in question was purchased at the Meraki online store
- Photos or videos of the product in question as proof
Once verified, we will arrange returns and exchanges within 7 working days
When returning merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
If you ship more than $100 worth of items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card/original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds are only available for original-priced items, not for discounted items.
Exchange
We will only replace the item if the item is damaged.
Replacement of value-added goods: It is necessary to replace the goods of the same value. If you want to replace the goods that are greater than the original purchase amount, you must make up the difference.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
Delayed or Lost Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
